All goods and services provided by Steetz Copper Craft Ltd. are 100% guaranteed for your satisfaction. In order to return your purchase for the fullest refund possible, please read and follow all of the terms below.

The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report the fault by writing (preferably by email or fax) within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned to Steetz Copper Craft Ltd. within 14 days of receipt. Faulty tools and machinery must be returned with all parts originally shipped.

Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return. Items damaged during shipping will be dealt with through the shipper and Steetz Copper Craft is held in no way responsible for the actions and methods of any shipping service. Customers that have modified, removed or altered shipped items in any way will automatically void their warranty.

Incorrectly supplied products must be returned unused and in an unaltered condition to receive the fullest refund possible.

The customer shall pay any return shipping costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty. Steetz Copper Craft Ltd. will only arrange for collection from Canadian customers under special circumstances defined at the sole discretion of Steetz Copper Craft Ltd.
